The process starts with PCF file price validation before markets open, and continues with real time monitoring throughout the trading day, and near real time updates, to accuracy of within 0.001 basis points of NAV.
Clients are alerted to daily PCF processing updates via email, real time GUI, and scheduled MIS. PCF users also have the tools to recalculate NAVs whenever they choose to, to double check the outputs. The daily calculation process is a transparent, clearly structured and controlled process.
Raw Files are delivered to clients allow for quick and easy resolution of support queries. Support is managed 24/7 via phone, email as well as instant messaging using symphony messaging, which is widely used in finance.
